Refund Policy

All SME Factory products are digital intellectual property. Booklets, presentation templates, business graphics, assessment reports, and course content are supplied electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Digital products

Once a product has been downloaded or otherwise accessed, it cannot be returned, and no refund is given for that product.

Before payment you must confirm that you want immediate access and that you understand you lose any statutory right to cancel or withdraw once download or access begins. This confirmation is recorded with your order. Where the law of your country does not permit this waiver, and you will not agree to it, you cannot complete the purchase.

Subscriptions

Subscription products may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals. The current paid period is not refunded, and access continues until the end of that period.

Faulty or misdescribed products

Nothing in this policy removes your mandatory rights under the consumer law of your own country where a product is faulty, materially defective, or fundamentally different from its description. In that case, contact us at [email protected] within seven days of delivery, and we will provide a replacement, credit, or refund consistent with applicable law.
